COMMA BLADE COATING MACHINE

The comma scraper coater is a device used for uniform coating on flat materials, and the comma-shaped coating is formed by the scraper.

Comma coating principle
The surface of the round roller is processed into a blade along the generatrix, which is shaped like a comma. Because the rubber surface is squeezed in front of the blade, once the rubber surface of the substrate passes through the blade, it suddenly loses pressure (the pressure drops to zero). Although the rubber surface rebounds (the substrate or adhesive is an elastic body), it will not contact the comma scraper, thus eliminating the sticky marks.

During coating, the comma scraper is fixed and does not rotate. The notched edge of the scraper faces the tangent point of the coating roller or the backing roller, and the coating passing through is scraped to ensure uniform coating.

The uniformity of the coating scraping mainly depends on the full runout, cylindricity, and straightness of the blade of the comma scraper. The comma scraper coater is a relatively easy-to-use coating method because of its simple operation and wide range of glue viscosity. The small experimental coating table enables testers to easily apply precise coatings, reducing or eliminating errors caused by human factors such as different coating speeds and applied pressures during the coating process.

COMMA SCRAPER COATING METHOD

The comma scraper roller clutch adjustment adopts a pneumatic swing arm type, the swing arm is equipped with a micro-adjustment device to control, and the thickness of the glue is controlled by a feeler gauge.

ANILOX COATING METHOD

The coating scraper shaft adopts a heavy-duty dual-axis mechanical independent movement, the scraper adjustment method is manual with pneumatic type, the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, the coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roller, and different coating amounts can be replaced with anilox rollers of different mesh lines.

STRONG WIND

The oven is 10 meters and divided into 4 sections with independent temperature control. The heating adopts electric heating, a hot air entry drying system, adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device, strong air intake and exhaust wind, and thorough drying.

SIMPLE OPERATION AND CONVENIENT ADJUSTMENT

The guide wheel in the oven is actively synchronized with the main machine, and the transmission adopts synchronous belt drive to reduce material stretching and deformation. The side door oven and film penetration operation platform make it easy for operators to work.

THE COATING IS UNIFORM AND THE COATING SURFACE IS FLAT
