2. After an order is placed when to deliver?
We can ship within seven days after receiving the full payment.
3. What about the warranty with after-sales services?
We offer a one-year warranty. If any machine parts are damaged within one year (excluding human factors), we will provide replacement parts free of charge and offer online technical guidance. You only need to cover the shipping costs for the parts.

6. What are your payment terms?
The customer will pay 50% of the payment to initiate production. After the equipment is completed and passes the customer's inspection at our factory, the customer will pay the remaining 50% of the payment. We will pack and ship the equipment within 7 days after receiving the full payment.
